With over 27 years of experience in healthcare staffing, Heather began her career as a on call coordinator. She then worked her way to regional manager before joining SVS Healthcare Staffing. Heather is driven by a passion for excellence and a leadership style built on fostering collaboration, empowering her team, and achieving impactful results.
As the Director of Operations, Heather is responsible for the day to day operations of the Healthcare Division. Heather will oversee Recruitment, Credentialling and on On-Boarding. In addition, Heather is entrusted to grow the division with people who represents the best of the best. Heather’s extensive experience in the Healthcare industry sets her apart and as such, she is poised to help fuel the growth for SVS Medical Staffing.
Heather resides in Western Pennsylvania with her three children. She enjoys being on the water, supporting and exploring local businesses, and spending time with her family.
